Since you don't need to hire them as part of your in-house staff, you can avoid the inconvenience of payroll accounting.
You pay a set price for the service and claim the expense at the end of the year. If your accountant requires an IRS W-9 form, we will arrange for it to be sent to you according to your instructions.
We frequently "bundle" several services into a Service Agreement. When this occurrs, you get a flat fee billing from us and we arrange for the division of payments to the appropriate Data Stream Solutions, LLC staff member. Under these circumstances, we also take the neccessary actions to comply with IRS rules and regulations through our own accounting staff.
In all cases, a Data Stream Solutions, LLC account manager will contact you and act as your primary account manager.
