Introduction:
We don't design, market or sell software.  There are many excellent software companies that handle that.
We research, review and test the software, then we recommend the best alternatives tailored to your needs.

Our clients have frequently commented that software research is one of their more time-intensive research projects.
If you've ever had the need to find a specific software tool for your business, you know how frustrating it can be to find, download, install, then test several applications until you find the one you're looking for.  It seems that they're either too expensive, too complicated, or too limited for the job.

Our software services saves your organization the cost of time and money that researching requires.
If you need a tool, there's a very good chance we can guide you to the most appropriate application.

Software distribution categories:

Freeware:  Generally, freeware is best suited for utilities and single operation "applets". Examples include Calendars, Screen Capture utilities, Thesaurus / Spell Checkers, Labeling tools, etc. Many times, they work very well as quick solutions for small tasks.

Shareware:  Shareware applications are usually more versatile than utilities or "applets".  They may well be all that is required for a series of tasks.  They are normally much less expensive than commercial "mainstream" applications.

Commercial Software:  Sometimes, only the fully developed software packages will suffice in an organizational environment.  Operating Systems, Office Productivity Suites, Multi Tasking and specialized Organizational Applications fall into this category.  If these tools are the only viable solution, then the administrator should still try to make the best financial decision on purchasing and deployment.

Deployment strategies:

Not everyone within your staff needs the same software.  A secretary needs a completely different set of tools than the accounts manager or the sales agent.  By carefully selecting the appropriate tools for individuals or groups, you may save thousands of dollars.

Our position on software piracy:

It would be great if all software was free.  Unfortunately, this isn't the case.  A small, thriving business with a wonderful future could be ruined because of a piracy or copyright infringement law suit. It isn't worth the small temporary savings gained by piracy.  There are too many available alternatives, such as freeware, to take the chance of ruining your business for such a small gain.
